It is time to arise. It is time to rise and stand for the Kingdom. It is time to be bold. Christians can no longer just drift through life. Christians can no longer be lukewarm. The time has come to take a stand and show the world how tough we are.
It’s not that we have become better Christians. It’s not that we have finally reached a level where we can do more. It is simply that God is showering his people with grace. In desperation we are crying out to God. Our longing to see the manifestation of God’s Kingdom is bringing a new commitment with it. We don’t believe that we have arrived yet. But we know that He has. We trust that what Jesus did is sufficient even though what we do is not. We trust that the Father loves us just the way we are. We trust that God’s boundless grace will transform us to be more and more like Him. The time has come for believers to rest in God’s love.
Relax in His grace. Surrender to His grace. The time has come to have faith in God. The time has come to walk in predestined paths. The time has come to believe and to allow faith to be transformed into action. I’m not talking about action that demonstrates how great you are, but action that is a clear consequence of you believing, living and resting in Him as His son or daughter.
The fact is that the Lord has plans for Norway. He still intends to use this nation as He has done previously.
Let Christ gain shape in you. Rise up in His almighty power. When darkness spreads, when there are rumours of war, natural disasters and increased persecution in the world, you can step up as someone who belongs to Christ. You can go out in complete trust that the Holy Spirit is in you. You can go and do the Father’s deeds. “Go!” As Jesus said: “Go out with the Good News. Go out to everyone who hasn’t heard about you! Demonstrate God’s Kingdom! Love those who nobody else loves! Look, I am with you always until the end of the world.”
